You’re hanging out at some photographer’s swanky studio, sipping champagne with the models. You look around and you think, man, this place would make an amazing nightclub. Well here it it – My Studio Hollywood

An expertly executed club featuring studded black leather pillars, elaborate chandeliers, oversized industrial fans and library bookshelves with oversized coffee table art books. The 4,500-square-foot room feels effortlessly urbane with a glimmer of glam straight out of a Lady Gaga video (My Studio has already pulled in names such as Jamie Foxx and Paris Hilton since it bowed in late April) and is wowing even the most jaded L.A. scenesters.

Located in the former home of Mood, this is the place to go when you and your most photogenic friends want the Hollywood scene to feel… more like a fashion shoot at a photog’s 1960s studio.

If the concept sounds a bit like Syndicate Hospitality’s My House Hollywood, that’s because it’s from the same people. In fact, think of this as the sequel.

At the front is the VIP area, filled with art books and a baby grand. Past that, there’s a marble bar, bottle-service booths and a dance floor (just like at any good photo shoot). And all the way in the smoking lounge out back, under the harsh glare of a flood lamp, a casting couch awaits. (The commitment to realism is impressive.)
