Lexington Social House is the new Hollywood lounge and restaurant from New York brother-and-sister team Jeremy and Junella Chin with help from Choice Hospitality Group.

For decades, Hollywood & Vine has been known as the epicenter of Hollywood culture where colors, trends, preferences and art meld seamlessly together to create a masterpiece of an experience. The design of Lexington social house has followed this recipe to create an environment where old textures blend with contemporary art and design, from classic Queen Anne chairs with five legs to modern stick figure art displayed throughout the space created and hand painted by Thomas Schoos. At Lexington social house, the lines between food and décor design are blurred.

Lexington social house concept was born from the idea of the perfect dinner party. Lexington Social House was built to be a restaurant that naturally becomes the nightlife as the evening progresses. Lexington Social House has three spaces that were built to feel seamlessly woven together — a dining room; a garden patio with bar; and an upstairs nightclub, bar and lounge. So rather than having dinner and filtering off to another club to get your dance and drink on, you just migrate to the other areas inside Lexington Social House.

While the interiors of Lexington social house offer guests multiple dining experiences from an intimate dinner for two to a more social experience with dining at the Carrera marble bar, , Viceroy-reminiscent patio, oversized Victorian chairs, funky stick figures painted on the walls, and the exterior offers an entirely different evening out. Truly a gathering place, and while it’s not visible above, there’s also a lounge-y outdoor garden patio with an indoor vibe, complete with cocktail seating, a fireplace, tree canopies, and a second bar. The 10,000 square foot venue with a very Hollywood garden patio has a towering exposed brick lounge, custom wind chime-esque lighting fixtures, pressed tin ceilings where a DJ spins under a cluster of wrought-iron chandeliers. At Lexington Social House the art of lounging is a simply a matter of taste.
